Verune

Terms of Service

Last updated 13 October 2026

1. Who we are

Verune is operated by Verune, Israel. You can reach us at nati.zelig@gmail.com.

2. The service

Verune publishes automated static analysis of public AI-agent tools such as MCP servers, plugins and skills. Results are observations, not certifications. The service does not run tools or observe how they behave while running.

3. No warranty, and your responsibility

Information is provided “as is”. Findings can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for what you install, and Verune is not a substitute for your own review.

4. Accounts

You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure and use one account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by scraping beyond plan limits, attacking the service or reselling our data.

5. Plans and payment

Free, Pro and Team plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. Prices exclude taxes where applicable. Plan limits apply per calendar month.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for refunds.

7. API and acceptable use

API keys are secret and belong to one workspace. Do not try to bypass limits, access other customers’ data or disrupt the service. Do not use the data to harass or defame publishers.

8. Publishers

If you publish a tool and believe a result is wrong, contact us at nati.zelig@gmail.com. We review the report and correct or withhold results where warranted.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site, and continued use means you accept them.

11. Law and courts

The laws of Israel apply. The courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have jurisdiction, unless consumer law where you live gives you other rights.
